Subscriptions ensure that our customers receive ongoing support, service delivery and the latest in product innovation. Fixes, patches and upgrades are automated to minimise the workload on often stretched hospital IT departments.
GCC modules are accessed via purpose-built Getz Touch medical-grade hardware devices provided to our customers, or via web-based portals or mobile applications. Hardware provided as part of the solution is refreshed on a multi-year cycle avoiding large capital costs.
Subscription packages can be upgraded easily and seamlessly. Modules can be deployed individually or in an integrated package at any time to support continuing care for patients.
Quality accreditation support
Our solutions are compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and enable hospitals to fully audit processes and records for various health care accreditation requirements, such as Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation.
