Singapore, 4 May 2018 – After attaining ISO 9001 in 2014, another milestone was achieved by Getz Clinical after receiving ISO 9001:2015 certification against our major operating hubs in Singapore, Philippines and Australia. This also covers all business Getz Clinical conducts around the world.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification, the latest edition of quality management standards, was conferred to Getz Clinical on 21st of March 2018 by DNV-GL. With this, Getz Clinical guarantees that it adopts an international standard of quality management on its strategic decisions and processes.
Getz Clinical received a perfect score on Customer Focus and Satisfaction, and Design and Development including Data Security.
According to the assessment of DNV-GL, the organisation has easily met the requirements of the two focus areas for ISO 9001:2015. The company also showed a very strong management structure focused on the potential of product through employee focus, customer focus, and customer involvement in the development of concepts.

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard which promotes the adoption of a process approach when developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system. It enhances customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements and empowers the company to manage and regulate the interrelationships and interdependencies among the processes of the system, to further advance the overall performance of the company.
